All the regular costs like fuel, driver, toll and parking fees are included in the transfer price. Changing the route or extra waiting time is not included in the transfer price.

2. Are your drivers professional drivers? + -

All our drivers have all the  necessary qualifications prescribed by law. But we go beyond that and send our drivers to a safe driving course every two years.

3. Are the cars with child seats available for rent through the website? + -

Yes, let us know about the age of your child so we can prepare the right child seat.

Are the offered vehicles regularly maintained?

Our vehicles are regularly maintained by authorized car repair shops and undergo technical inspections every three months.

Are the transfer prices per person or per vehicle?

The transfer price is calculated per vehicle. Please note that we offer private transfers only! 

Where will the driver wait for us at the airport?

The driver will wait for at the airport terminal. When your exit at the arrival zone look for a driver  with our logo "Istra Transfer" or your name tag.
